This Privacy Policy explains how Venvra Private Limited ("Venvra", "we", "us"), operating under our parent company RANENS LLC, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Venvra app or merchant dashboard.

1. Introduction

Venvra provides an app and merchant dashboard that let shoppers order ahead, scan items in-store, and pick up purchases without waiting in line, and let merchants manage orders, inventory, and payments across their stores. This policy applies to both shoppers and merchants using Venvra.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number, and password when you create a Venvra account.
• Order information — items ordered or scanned, order value, store location, and pickup PIN.
• Payment information — processed by our payment partners; Venvra does not store full card numbers or UPI credentials.
• Merchant business information — store name, address, catalog, staff accounts, and sales data, for merchants using the dashboard.
• Device & usage information — app version, device type, and general usage patterns to help us fix bugs and improve the product.
• Location information — approximate location, to show you nearby stores, only with your permission.

3. How we use it

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and fulfil your orders, pickups, and payments
• Operate the merchant dashboard, including inventory alerts and analytics
• Communicate with you about your orders, account, or support requests
• Improve and secure the Venvra app and dashboard
• Comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Prescription & health data

When you use Pickup Now at a pharmacy, the prescription image you upload is shared only with the specific pharmacy fulfilling your order, used solely to prepare and verify your order, and is not used for advertising or shared with any other merchant or third party without your consent.

5. When we share data

We share information only as needed to operate Venvra:

• With the specific merchant you're ordering from, to fulfil your order
• With payment processors, to complete transactions securely
• With service providers who help us run the app (hosting, analytics, customer support)
• When required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request

6. Payments

All payments on Venvra are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. Venvra does not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN on its own servers.

7. Data retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time — see Section 8.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent for location or marketing use. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at tech@venvra.in.

9. Security

We use bank-level encryption in transit and at rest, access controls for merchant staff accounts, and regular security reviews to protect your information. No system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your Venvra account.

10. Cookies

Our website and dashboard use cookies and similar technologies for login sessions, security, and understanding how the product is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

11. Children's privacy

Venvra is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes through the app or by email, and update the "Last updated" date above.
