Venvra started with a simple observation: online shopping got faster every year, but the physical store didn't. Queues at the café, the grocery checkout, and the pharmacy counter looked the same in 2026 as they did a decade earlier.
So we set out to build the infrastructure offline retail should have had years ago. It started with Pickup Now and Venvra SNAG, letting shoppers skip the counter entirely — but that was only the first piece. We're building the full operating system a modern store actually needs to run itself: point of sale, payments, inventory that reorders itself before you run out, an AI marketing agent, workforce scheduling, an AI shopping assistant, a voice agent that never misses a call, and spatial intelligence that reads how a store's floor really works. One connected platform, instead of a dozen disconnected tools bolted together.
We're a small, technical team building every part of this ourselves — from the merchant POS to the shopper app to the payments layer — because we think the best retail software comes from people who deeply understand both sides of the counter.
